The Details
Number of Guests:
You need at least 5 people for a private tour. We usually take no more than 15, but we can talk about your needs.
Payments:
Bold Spirit makes your journey less stressful by collecting payments from your group members individually. How? We will generate a unique booking link that you share with your group to collect all payments.
All your guests will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit to go on the trip, just like we do with our set journeys.
Save Time & Don’t Stress:
Planning a journey can be time-consuming and stressful, especially for a large group. Leave it to us and skip all the hassle.
Our guides will be with you on your trip, leading your group to the best spots and dealing with logistics. Your job is to have a great time connecting with your crew.
What’s Included in a Private Journey?
Private trips typically include hotel stays, transportation, meals, and guided activities, plus pre-tour planning. Local guides and a facilitator will be with you along the way to make the journey run smoothly.
Bold Spirit Travel also takes care of the "behind the scenes" work, including tracking travel insurance, emergency contacts, and allergies.
Who Is Invited?
It’s your private journey, which means you can bring kiddos, the hubs, mom and dad, whoever you want.
Support Before & During the Journey:
Before your trip, Bold Spirit Travel will host a private Zoom session for you and all the other guests on the trip to check in on logistics and give everyone a chance to ask questions.
During the trip, you will have a private WhatsApp group to keep your crew connected to your Bold Spirit Travel guides.
We can usually adjust our trips to meet your needs (duration, routes, excursions, hotels).
