Ready to travel but no time to plan? We work with you to craft a journey tailored to your unique interests and budget.

Product: A travel itinerary organized by day. Each day’s itinerary includes morning, afternoon, and evening suggestions including restaurants, sightseeing, and local tours. We do not book hotels or flights, but we will provide a list detailing where to stay and good flight options to your destination. You reserve whatever appeals to you most. You will receive a customized itinerary, packing list, and pertinent information about the destination.

Cost: $50 an hour for our expertise and access to Bold Spirit’s extensive travel networks. There are no hidden fees or surprise costs. The retainer is $200 to get started (includes four hours of planning). We always let you know if we need to go over the allotted planning time and we do not proceed without approval. Keep in mind that longer journeys will take more time to create.

Do you have a milestone event coming up? A big birthday, an anniversary, a bachelorette party, vow renewals, a family reunion, or a graduation are all excellent reasons to book a private tour for your crew of travelers. Maybe you just want to get away with all your favorite people. Let us plan the perfect escape for your group led by a Bold Spirit facilitator.

Any of our advertised Journeys can be run privately for your group. Or, tell us where you want to travel, and we’ll create a tour that is tailored just for you.

A Bold Spirit Travel trip facilitator will be with you for the duration of your trip to ensure it runs smoothly (reservations, transportation, guides, scheduling, etc.).

We can collect one payment for the entire group, or group members can pay separately—whichever is most convenient for you.

A group minimum of four is required.
